Volunteer Elderly Care

Elderly Care – Bringing Comfort to Seniors

Catering to elderly residents, volunteers are needed at this project.  The residents here generally have no families to care for them and have very limited human interaction throughout their days.

Volunteers can participate in the following ways:

• Helping to feed the elderly
• Cleaning rooms and tidying common areas in the home
• Helping with meal preparation and dishes
• Interacting with the elderly, telling stories and keeping them company
• Taking elderly people to the nearest health centre for routine checks ups and for treatment
